Women, Peace, and Security Committee
The Women, Peace, and Security Act of 2017 (P.L. 115-68) (WPS Act) codified the United States Government’s decades-long, sustained commitment to the principles of the Women, Peace, and Security Agenda. Now, with over $150M allocated to WPS initiatives in 2023 alone, the momentum is there, promising greater investments in the next decade.
With this renewed focus on WPS, we, along with WPS lead Neelima Grover, are currently refreshing the ISOA WPS Committee and Certification Program. More to come on this soon!
Please contact Neelima (ngrover@q2impact.com) if you’d like to participate in ISOA’s WPS Committee and activities. If you have any questions about your prior WPS Certification, please contact ISOA at support@stability-operations.org.
